Christopher represents Wyoming Private Trust Companies in roles tailored to each family’s various needs. He currently serves various Wyoming Private Trust Companies and trusts. Christopher also provides legal services and trust administrative services for trusts domiciled in Wyoming and oversees regulatory matters and trust compliance for Wyoming trust companies. He is responsible for negotiating arrangements with investment managers and fund custodians as well as providing general legal advice to corporate and private fiduciaries regarding trust administration issues. Hawks & Associates LC also provides situs and tax nexus administration services for Wyoming-domiciled trusts, trust companies, businesses, and individuals seeking to maintain Wyoming residency. Additionally, Chris is avialable to serve as trustee for individual Wyoming trusts.
